Lince Dorado was just released from his WWE contract, but that didn’t stop him at all. He is under a 90-day non-complete clause when it comes to pro wrestling. Jiu Jitsu is a different story.

The former Lucha House Party member competed at the Jiu Jitsu World League Florida Open. He also posted a video of himself at the competition doing very well and showing off impressive technique.

The caption he included thanked his family for having his back and making him push himself. He didn’t tap out and carried on. Now Lince Dorado has a lot to show for his efforts.

I want to thank my family and fans for helping me push myself. I’d also love to thank ME for always believing in myself. I had one goal today and that was to win at all cost. Don’t tap mentality. I didn’t have to. Love my life and myself.

Lince Dorado was standing on top of the winners’ platform when everything was said and done. His WWE release might have been a setback, but he’s not going to let that speedbump get him down.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
