Bronson Reed is one of the hottest free agents in pro wrestling since his release by WWE. Now known as JONAH, Bronson has had flirtations with Ring of Honor (before their sudden shut-down), NJPW, and Impact Wrestling since he became available.

Reed was originally booked for the Impact Wrestling Bound for Glory pay-per-view. He was pulled from the show for undisclosed reasons. He recently talked to Wrestling Inc. Daily about what happened to keep him off the show. He said the slow immigration process kept him away from the show.

“It’s a complete nightmare. That’s how it works, but no issues. Everything’s pretty much set in stone now. I have a great set of lawyers, actually, helping me out. As of next week, things should be set in stone for me to be able to work places. I’m not gonna say anything, but I think November, you’ll get to see JONAH around some places.”

JONAH said he’s not legally able to wrestle until his immigration issues are settled. He is looking forward to a return to the squared circle as soon as possible. Australian tag team The Iinspiration faced similar problems with the process, which caused them to miss Impact’s Slammiversary.

“At the moment, it’s everything to do with immigration, so I’m not able, legally, to do anything wrestling wise until all my immigration is sorted, but it should be sorted very soon, and I’m very happy about that.”

Once the immigration problem is sorted, Bronson Reed will be in high demand for appearances all over the U.S. Reed is a former NXT North American champion. He ranked #73 in this year’s PWI 500. The sky is the limit, but only once he figures out how he can get to his destination.
