WWE Fans Complain That Roman Reigns Should Be #1 In PWI 500

Kenny Omega became the Belt Collector this year and that, along with incredible performances, brought him the top spot in PWI’s top 500 male wrestlers. That list always comes with a fair amount of complaints, and Roman Reigns’ fans aren’t thrilled right now.

Many Reigns fans tweeted out that PWI should acknowledge their Tribal Chief. They sent out tweets to back up Reigns and proclaim he should have been awarded the top spot as well.

One fan fired off a tweet saying: “Roman Reigns is best thing for WWE… He’s No. 1 in sport entertainment. He is drawing money, WWE stocks, and better moving needle than everyone. Screw PWI and Acknowledge him.”

Another fan tweeted out to say, “I don’t care about PWI because in my opinion it’s all subjective and also in my OPINION Roman Reigns is #1 for me.. to me he did more than Kenny with just ONE title. He don’t need 3 titles to be the hottest wrestler in the industry right now.”

Many fans agreed with the PWI 500 list this year, but others are sticking to their Tribal Chief. We’ll have to see if Reigns can edge out Omega next year, but it would be hard for him to have a more dominate year as Universal Champion. You can check out a variety of reactions for Reigns below.
