Big E recently won the WWE Championship Title, and that was one of the biggest highlights of his career. He recently confirmed exactly when he knew that title win was coming his way.

The WWE Superstar recently revealed to Bleacher Report how the scene for his win. He revealed that he had four hour ride from Boston to Brooklyn, and worked to reply all the texts and tweets he received after the title win. He added that it were Ric Flair & AJ Lee‘s messages which shone the most.

I’ll always geek for a Ric Flair text. I got a Ric Flair text a few months ago for Money in the Bank and he texted me again last night. It’s Ric Flair. Getting a Ric Flair text is pretty ridiculous. But you know, there are people who used to work here that did reach out and say some really positive things. AJ Lee, who I still talk to fairly regularly and definitely consider her a friend, reached out and said some really beautiful things. Everyone has just been so incredibly nice.

Big E added that when he gazed at the TD Garden on the WWE backstage as the WWE champion, he found it beautiful. He added that despite it being 11:30 PM, the garden was filled with people.

It’s late. It’s after 11 p.m. by the time I’m done glad-handing and thanking everyone at ringside. It was probably almost 11:30 p.m., but Gorilla was still almost full with people there, talent and producers and so many people. It’s awesome getting love from your peers: people who are great at their craft and work hard, too.

The WWE title-holder recently talked about what his title win would have meant for Brodie Lee. He also recently opened up about his struggle with mental illness. The superstar recently put over AEW star Powerhouse Hobbs after his title win.
