Update: Big E has now confirmed his intentions to cash in the Money in the Bank briefcase on RAW tonight.
Original: WWE moved up Randy Orton’s WWE Title match against Bobby Lashley. It was reported that AEW Dynamite beating RAW in the ratings had something to do with this change, but we can promise you that isn’t the case. Things could get very interesting tonight as a special guest is backstage.
According to Fightful Select, Big E is at RAW tonight. This is a very interesting time for the New Day member to be around, because he is the current Mr. Money in the Bank.
As of Noon EST, Smackdown star Big E was planned for Monday’s episode of WWE Raw. We were told by WWE sources Monday morning that Big E was scheduled for “numerous” segments and would be “all over the show.”
Samoa Joe was also originally slated to be on RAW tonight. It’s unknown if creative plans changed in that regard.
Not only is Big E slated to be on RAW tonight, but he will be heavily featured. We will have to see what goes down, but anything can happen in WWE as they continue building toward Extreme Rules.
