Ilja Dragunov Wants A Piece Of Bobby Lashley

Ilja Dragunov did the impossible as he defeated WALTER at NXT TakeOver: 36 for the NXT UK Championship, ending his almost 900-day reign as champion. He is also very proud of his accomplishment.

WWE Champion Bobby Lashley has proven himself to be a very dominant champion over the past few months. He has Vince McMahon’s number and has the privilege of calling him anytime he wants. On top of that, Lashley is also open to fighting in Bellator again in the future. 

While speaking to Vicente Beltrán of ViBe & Wrestling, Ilja Dragunov was asked about which main roster Superstar he wants to face. Dragunov wasted no time in naming WWE Champion Bobby Lashley.

“I think Bobby Lashley would be a great competition. This is something that would fit with my will, with my intensity, and this is something I think people would really… would be very interesting to see because this is a thing of power; the obvious power of Bobby Lashley and the power of my will and my endurance.”

Bobby Lashley is likely to feud with Randy Orton and then Goldberg in the coming months, so it remains to be seen when Lashley and Dragunov will cross paths somewhere down the line.
