CM Punk made his big debut for AEW this week and fans were very excited. The pro wrestling world also reacted in a big way, and Bronson Reed was very excited to see this happen as well. Some fans decided to fire back at the former NXT Superstar in the process, but he wasn’t having it.

Reed tweeted out to speak about how that moment of CM Punk’s debut for AEW resonated with him. He was very candid as he said that Punk “shaped” his teenage years through his work in the ring.

It didn’t take long for shade to come Jonah Rock’s way, and he didn’t take it very well. The former NXT North American Champion then fired back after too many fans called him a “mark” over that tweet.

Haha calling me a mark. Sorry I’m a fan of the business im in.

I forgot that Lebron hates basketball, Quentin Tarantino hates movies …

Get that negative energy outta here! Burner account boys!

I love pro wrestling.

We’ll have to see if the former Bronson Reed finds his way to AEW so he can share a locker room with the Second City Savior. Perhaps someday he will get to tell CM Punk first-hand how much his career meant to him. Nobody should call him a mark over that either.
