Tyrus was in a difficult situation when Britt McHenry accused him of sexual harassment, but that is over for the former Brodus Clay now. The sexual harassment lawsuit against him has been dropped.

According to Deadline, McHenry has left Fox News after she reached a settlement in the sexual harassment lawsuit. Now the case has been dismissed by both parties.

Tyrus was accused of sending McHenry Inappropate and sexually charged text messages. Fox Nation released a statement to Ringside News in July, 2019 that they “immediately and thoroughly investigated [the claims] by an outside law firm.”

Both parties have agreed on a voluntary dismissal of the case on Monday. Fox News Media released the following statement on the matter:

“While Fox News is confident it would have prevailed in the lawsuit, we are pleased that we have been able to resolve this matter without further litigation.”

Tyrus’ attorney, Tom Clare, issued a statement as well: “Tyrus is pleased that the parties have reached a settlement in which the claims against him will be dismissed with prejudice. Tyrus continues to dispute and deny the allegations made against him in the lawsuit and, consistent with that view, will not be making any financial payments.”

Now Tyrus can move on from this messy ordeal. It is over, but the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
