Bret Hart left WWE for WCW decades ago, and he might regret that decision now. He was not used very well in WCW and that stuck with him so many years later. He’s also not afraid to talk about it, especially if you pay for a Cameo.
One fan bought a Cameo video from Bret Hart and asked The Hitman, “what went wrong in WCW?” He was not shy about providing a very blunt reply. In the process, he called Eric Bischoff a “brainless idiot” and accused him of ruining the operation.
This Cameo video went viral and has been shared over the Internet Wrestling Community. Needless to say, Bret Hart hasn’t gotten over his time in WCW.
“I wish I had some proper answers for you about what went wrong in WCW. All I can say is that they were just really stupid. Eric Bischoff was a brainless idiot and they didn’t know what to do with Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart. They screwed up every single thing I ever did there and I have very few good memories.”
Bret Hart’s in-ring career also came to an end in WCW after he took a kick to the head from Goldberg that caused a concussion. He hasn’t gotten over that either.
We’ll have to see if Bret Hart softens his stance about WCW, but he doesn’t seem to have very good memories about his time there. Eric Bischoff might also have something to say about that “brainless idiot” comment as well.
