Kayla Braxton jumped on Twitter last night and she was sickened by the “jokes” that some fans were tagging her in. This caused her to leave the platform.

Braxton, who battled COVID-19 on two occasions, posted last night to say that she was tagged in several hurtful posts related to COVID-19. Those “jokes” were very insensitive and hurtful especially considering the timing of losing someone close to the virus.

“While I was at work tonight,” Braxton tweeted out, “I got a call that someone very close to me died of covid. And as I logged on to this platform tonight, I noticed multiple disgusting tweets tagging me to make jokes about me when I had the virus early this year. FU*K you.”

Now the WWE The Bump host has deactivated her account. This is not the first time Kayla Braxton has left the platform in recent memory. She also deactivated her account in July, but she eventually returned.

Our best wishes go out to Kayla Braxton. She might return to Twitter eventually, but she could use a break.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
