Our thoughts are with Tracy Smothers today. The 58-year-old pro wrestling veteran is hospitalized once again as he battles cancer.

Smothers is a legend from Chillicothe Ohio who saw the world one wrestling ring at a time. He thought this cancer was gone, but they discovered more. Now he is in the hospital, and he is dealing with other complications as the Blue Meanie revealed in a heartfelt tweet.

My mind and heart are with Tracy Smothers tonight as I’m hearing of his battle with cancer and other complications have him hospitalized. This hurts my heart. I am who I am in wrestling because he helped mold me and countless others. I love you man! Keep fighting!

Hopefully, Smothers will pull through this. He recently announced his retirement from pro wrestling as well. He has a lot of people pulling for him and our thoughts are with him here at Ringside News.
