Eddie Kingston made the most of his time in AEW. He was unable to defeat Cody Rhodes in the TNT Title Open Challenge, but he impressed the powers-that-be enough to snag a job.

Fans started #HireEddieKingston following his passionate promo after Dynamite. This was obviously heard by AEW as they signed Kingston to deal. The announcement of Kingston’s signing said that “#SignEddieKingston is now #EddieKingstonIsSigned.”

Kingston commented on his AEW signing. He didn’t have much to say in this occasion, but the stray dog now has a new home in All Elite Wrestling.

The #StrayDog is off the chain.

The specifics of Eddie Kingston’s AEW contract were not made known. He likely signed a deal for more than five appearances, but AEW offered that deal to Matt Cardona, so we’ll just have to see what’s in store for Eddie Kingston in AEW.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
