Deonna Purrazzo Wins Impact Wrestling Knockouts Title At Slammiversary

Deonna Purrazzo was released from NXT just over three months ago. Now she is Impact Wrestling’s Knockouts Champion.

Purrazzo and Jordynne Grace battled at Slammiversary with the Knockouts Title on the line. This match was very heavy hitting and Deonna Purrazzo worked on Grace’s arm throughout the contest. In the end, Deonna Purrazzo applied a double armbar and Jordynne Grace submitted.

This marks Deonna Purrazzo’s first reign as Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champion. It hasn’t been reported that she has signed an actual contract yet. That very likely changed for The Virtuosa.
