Karrion Kross is set to be a bit name in NXT. His entrances with Scarlett leading him to the ring bring a ton of attention and he’s just getting started. While speaking with Sports Illustrated, he discussed how his character evolved from Killer Kross when entering WWE NXT.

Kross was asked if Karrion Kross is an extension of Killer Kross. They changed his name when entering the main roster. He said anything is possible because he hasn’t been stifled creatively once since arriving in WWE.

“I think it’s fair to say anything is possible, so I wouldn’t discount it. On the other hand, I have not been stifled whatsoever creatively since I have arrived here. I feel like what we have done, from Killer to Karrion, is expand the character. This is something I personally always wanted to do. I’ve been sitting on concepts and ideas for an extended period of time, exercising the patience over the past few years not to do them. I’ve been waiting for the right platform. Now we’re here.”

Karrion Kross plans on doing it all in NXT. He could have some great ideas as well. He’s not going to get asked to blade and bleed on purpose like he did in Impact Wrestling. WWE NXT does seem welcome to discuss other ideas.
