Roman Reigns dropped into a TMZ broadcast this week where he opened up about his current situation. He explained why he isn’t performing in WWE right now, but that wasn’t the real purpose of the interview.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed Roman Reigns’ appearance on TMZ. He stated that The Big Dog was on TMZ because WWE needed him to help plug the new Undertaker documentary series.

“He talked to TMZ because WWE is trying to really promote the Undertaker show after the pay-per-view.”

Roman Reigns might not be appearing in the ring right now, but his appearance on TMZ was not personal business. He ended up talking about himself, but he spoke to TMZ in order to make sure that The Undertaker: Last Ride special got some extra buzz.

WWE is not mentioning Roman Reigns on television right now, but their relationship isn’t totally severed either.
