Heath Slater’s New Merch Parodies WWE ‘I Got Kids’ Gimmick

WWE let go of many Superstars yesterday and hundreds more employees in the company lost their jobs as well. There were widespread cuts, but Heath Slater is moving on.

He dropped video response to his WWE release yesterday. Slater seems motivated to make some noise and come back better than ever. In the meantime, he needs to feed those kids.

Heath Slater released a new t-shirt on PW Tees. It is done in the same style as his “I Got Kids” t-shirt from WWE. Only this time the text says “I Got Fired.”

You can check out the new merchandise below. Many former WWE Superstars are starting to release new merchandise since their release. They have to figure something out until their non-compete clauses expire on July 16th. Hopefully, the indie wrestling scene is active enough for there to be shows by then.
