WWE is doing what they can to continue presenting content through this global pandemic. They might need to work on how an empty Performance Center comes off on camera.

We previously reported that the thinking within WWE is that empty arena matches aren’t working. Brad Shepard reports that they are well aware about how they came off on television.

I spoke with a source in #WWE on the thoughts from those inside the company on #SmackDown and #RAW, and here’s what they said: “Everyone watching Friday and Monday knew how bad it looked to have those shows in an empty Performance Center.”

WWE is planning something different for the next couple of weeks. They might tape WrestleMania in the next two weeks, too.

It will be very interesting to see what WWE comes up with on a closed set. The road to WrestleMania 36 is one we won’t soon forget.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
