CM Punk and Colt Cabana were dragged through court in a big way by WWE’s doctor Chris Amann. This racked up a hefty lawyer bill for Colt Cabana and the agreement was that Punk would pay. After the initial lawsuit was over, another one was filed. Now that one is done too.

PW Insider reports that Colt Cabana’s lawsuit against CM Punk has been “dismissed without prejudice.”

In a filing signed by Circuit Court Judge Daniel J. Kubiask, it is said “having examined said stipulation and being fully advised in the premises, finds that this cause of action has been fully compromised and settled and the parties have stipulated and agreed to the dismissal of the complaint with prejudice, and the court further finds that all costs have been paid.”

This dismissal included no financial settlement and it was based on “mutual releases of Cabana and Punk’s claims against each other.”

It was filed on September 25. So, this has been a pretty eventual week for CM Punk all things considered.
