Chris Jericho Loved WWE Superstar’s Joke About Losing AEW Title

Chris Jericho and his AEW World Title have gone through quite a journey so far and he’s only been champion for a week at this point.

Jericho famously lost his AEW World Title in Tallahassee and everyone lost their minds. Fans blamed it on “a little bit of the bubbly,” but the Tallahassee Police Department soon found the title after it was turned in.

Matt Hardy put up very funny parody video of the incident, but he was quick to clarify that he wasn’t making fun of Chris Jericho. He was simply paying tribute to the wild world of pro wrestling.

For the record, I am not making fun of @IAmJericho. I just saw an opportunity to make a cute parody of last week’s wacky events & remind people of how entertaining I can be. Chris is a great friend & is an industry master of evolution & reaction. ENJOY!

It turns out that Chris Jericho really seemed to enjoy it. After all, he’s making even more bank on the bubbly since this incident.

It’s good to know that he has a sense of humor about it. Chris Jericho is scheduled to defend the AEW World Title against Cody Rhodes at Full Gear on November 9th in Baltimore. Hopefully, he can hang onto the title until then.
