Impact Wrestling has a lot of talented members of their roster, but they haven’t been using Killer Kross much at all recently.

Kross requested his Impact Wrestling release citing payment issues. The simple fact is that he wanted more money, but Impact Wrestling didn’t release him.

Recent reports have said that Impact Wrestling is punishing Killer Kross because he refused to blade at Slammiversary. There was no on-site doctor and no mandatory blood tests either so he decided not to blade and they used a blood packet.

Fightful Select reports that despite previous thinking that Killer Kross has 18 months left on his contract, he is actually only locked in until December. At that time, Impact Wrestling may renew his contract for another year if they so choose.

It will be interesting to see what they decide to do, but Killer Kross hasn’t made an appearance for the company for a while now.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
