Jerry Lawler is a fantastic artist so when fans had an offer to purchase some Lawler art that was supposedly being sold to them by his podcast co-host they jumped at the chance. Unfortunately, Lawler’s co-host Glenn Moore was actually scamming fans out of thousands of dollars.

We previously reported via Bodyslam.net that a ton of fans reached out to tell their stories about being scammed by Glenn Moore. Even more fans shared their stories after the scam was made public.

WMC Action News 5 spoke to Jerry Lawler where he expressed a lot of sadness over the incident. He also promised that he would make things right one way or another.

“I’m totally shocked by this behavior. I mean, we did like 90 podcasts together over a period of years. This is a guy I thought was a friend and I trusted him. I’m certainly sorry this has happened.”

“We’re gonna work to try to make this thing right. One way or another. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get people’s money back. If not, we’ll get them the artwork they tried to buy.”

This situation is one we hate to hear, but at least The King seems to be doing the right thing. Only to be fair, Jerry Lawler shouldn’t be in this situation in the first place because it was his former co-host that played out this scam and not the WWE Hall Of Famer.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
