WWE’s 24/7 Title might not be the best looking belt that WWE ever debuted, but it is still adding a fair amount of entertainment value to WWE’s shows and social media platforms.
R-Truth was golfing this weekend when Jinder Mahal showed up and pinned him. Apparently, Mahal was golfing in full gear. R-Truth was able to win his title back, but that’s not the last time we’ll be seeing something like this go down.
Bryan Alvarez stated on Wrestling Observer Live that since WWE’s social media department has been given the green light to change the WWE 24/7 Title on social media they have even more plans in store.
“The social media department have been given the okay to do title changes on social media.”
“They’ve got some other ideas and I won’t spoil it, but there is a title change coming that actually makes a lot of sense and I think will be pretty interesting. I’ll just leave it at that.”
He didn’t spoil anything, but if they’re going for a title change that makes sense it’s only fair that Carmella ends up winning that 24/7 Title somehow. It’s a very interesting idea, but the 24/7 Title isn’t for everyone.
