The IWC was rocked in a big way when Jon Moxley made his declaration official at AEW is now his home. He didn’t have chance to cut a promo in front of the live crowd at Double Or Nothing, but his fingers did a lot of the talking for him.

Following his AEW debut Moxley was heated. He went backstage and cut a scathing promo since he was now out of prison and he felt great about it too.

“One day they will all come to my funeral just to make sure that I stay dead, but today is not that day! My heart is still beating and I am breathing fresh air for the first time in a long time.”

Moxley said he is on a mission to reclaim his soul and he knows he’s not the only one who thinks it’s about time that this industry got a face lift. Now it is war and he’s not stopping until the pillars of the industry are knocked on their asses.

“So make no mistake about it, this is an official declaration of war tonight to anyone who wants to get in my way and anybody who stands in AEW’s way. We have a mission to knock the pillars of this industry on their ass. We ain’t reading history books anymore, we’re writing them. This is what you call a paradigm shift.”

Jon Moxley also released a video where he declared his intentions of going to NJPW as well. Tony Khan did say that Mox would be working international dates and that appears to be his intention. Then again, nobody is going to tell Moxley what he is and isn’t allowed to do any more.
