Vince McMahon has a lot on his plate right now. He might need to let some of his WWE responsibilities go in a lot of people’s opinion. Because whatever he’s doing to run WWE at this point doesn’t seem to bring in viewers.

It seems that the script for RAW is late every week because of constant re-writes. We also reported that things backstage are far crazier than we’d imagine.

Bryan Alvarez said on Wrestling Observer Live that Vince McMahon was changing the RAW script around yet again this week. In fact, it was yet another week where the script wasn’t completed until just before the show was set to go live.

“The writers are gonna write stuff, but Vince is the one who has put shows together and changing things around every Monday. Guess what? This past Monday the script got turned in just before the show went on the air again! Okay?”

“They had a week to work on this and they worked on it very hard and they show up and on Monday Vince just tears the whole thing up and starts all over again. I don’t understand why they even bother. Why not just write RAW on Monday? It doesn’t matter what you write the rest of the week anyway, the guy’s gonna come in and turn it all around.”

“Shakespeare could write a sonnet and Vince is gonna show up on Monday throw it out and write something new and then they go on television and it’s a mess. It doesn’t matter about the writers. It’s Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn.”

WWE does run the way Vince McMahon wants it to and apparently, that entails making people very anxious and frustrated backstage about what is going to happen.

Vince McMahon could very well be the problem in WWE right now. That really shouldn’t mean that the ratings have to plummet though. Because if anything, fans should want to tune in and see what a 73-year-old billionaire was able to come up with on the fly every week.
