WWE Reportedly Rewarding Dean Ambrose With Final Run Before Leaving The Company

Dean Ambrose is said to be leaving WWE when his contract is up. This is something that the company has been very open about which is a big departure from how they handled this kind of situation in the past.

Ambrose’s push in the company didn’t stall when it was made known that he was leaving. According to PW Torch’s Tom Colohue, this is a way of WWE rewarding Ambrose for being so professional about his exit. WWE also thinks they still have a shot of changing his mind.

#WWE still believe that they can change his mind but this whole “last tour” is due to certain assurances they have been given about his next steps. 

WWE have no issue with people running down their contracts. This is his reward for being professional in their eyes. #WWEFastlane

You never know if WWE can convince Dean Ambrose to stay. Because they are actively trying to do just that.

Michael Cole made a direct reference to Ambrose’s contract situation as he plainly explained it during WWE Fastlane. We will have to wait and see if Roman Reigns can change Ambrose’s mind. In the meantime, it looks like the company is going to continue let Dean run out his contract.
