James Ellsworth allegedly sent inappropriate pictures and videos to 16-year-old fan on Friday after she DM’ed him on Twitter to wish him good luck. This is when it is said that he asked for her Snapchat ID and then they carried the conversation over to Snapchat where the explicit content allegedly was sent.
We exclusively reported the evidence of Ellsworth’s alleged Snapchat messages to the victim, but apparently, the police have not been notified about the situation yet.
There are a lot of questions in this on-going situation, but we have obtained information regarding the apparent legal status of the entire ordeal. We reached out to Kenzie, Ellsworth’s alleged victim and she has told us that she has had no contact with the former WWE Superstar since the story broke yesterday. She also revealed to us that the authorities have not been contacted yet.
“It is getting considered by my family,” she told us when asked if police have been contacted. Therefore, it doesn’t look like any charges are being filed yet, but only time will tell how this messy situation will develop.
It is also important to note that it is possible for the state to press charges even if his alleged victim’s family decides not to contact authorities.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
