SPOILER: Matt Riddle Makes NXT TV Debut

Matt Riddle was one of the hottest free agents in pro wrestling as he entertained all over the indie wrestling scene with his infectious charisma. It seemed like an “only a matter of time” kind of situation before he ended up in WWE and after they got over the fact that he loves marijuana it seems like WWE just had to sign the King Of Bros.
It excited fans when they saw Riddle in the crowd at NXT: Brooklyn IV wearing flip flops and baseball cap, but other fans were still concerned how he would be used. Others were just curious as to if WWE would make Riddle wear wrestling boots.
Matt Riddle made his in-ring NXT debut at live event a couple of weeks ago and he was wearing his wife’s shorts, but at tonight’s television tapings at Full Sail, he finally appeared on a television taping — and he was sporting bare feet.
Riddle defeated Luke Menzies and the crowd was very much into seeing more from Riddle. Only time will tell how far Matt Riddle will go in NXT and WWE, but this looks like an amazing start.
