Liv Morgan was having a match in a 6-woman tag match and then Brie Bella kicked her in the face twice which sent her crumbling to the canvas. Michael Cole said several times on commentary that the ringside staff had taken her to the back when in reality, she was being tended to at ringside. The fact Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan continued without her shows their professionalism considering how close all 3 of them are.
WWE confirms that Liv Morgan did indeed suffer a concussion due to the kicks from Brie Bella. She certainly appeared knocked out when she fell to the canvas after the first show and the 2nd one came as she was falling which was practically a knee to the head for the 2nd shot.
Although people backstage reported that Morgan was okay, she has officially been diagnosed with a concussion. WWE issued the following statement about the incident.

“Liv Morgan has a concussion and is going through the proper protocol under WWE’s comprehensive wellness program.”

Only time will tell how long she will be out of action, but Morgan won’t be cleared to compete until she passes Impact testing as part of the procedures following such an injury. Hopefully, she will be cleared in time for her 6-woman tag match at the Super Show-Down on October 6th.
