Scarlett Nyx isn’t only blasting Yabo the Clown with old messages and Facebook accusations. She has also released what she says are sworn court documents from an Illinois protection-order case involving the JCW wrestler.
Nyx included the court material in her public Facebook evidence dump, explaining that the pages were pulled from a Statement of Facts she submitted with a Petition for Order of Protection. She says she signed the material under penalty of perjury and that a judge ultimately granted the order.
“This is an excerpt from the sworn Statement of Facts I submitted to the court with my Petition for Order of Protection in Illinois. I signed this affidavit under penalty of perjury. A judge reviewed this history and granted the order. Posted for informational purposes regarding my own legal case.”
The photographed pages contain a timeline of alleged incidents stretching across multiple years and describe accusations involving physical violence, threats, property damage and police involvement. Several names and pieces of identifying information are blacked out in the version Nyx released publicly.
Another document in the evidence package is presented as a witness statement involving Robert Stolzman. The writer claims they personally witnessed repeated arguments and damage inside the home. The same statement says police were allegedly called to the residence more than once.
“I heard/ witnessed many loud verbal arguments that involved Robert Stolzman and heard/witnessed him hit the walls and doors on several occasions. I witnessed the damage done to many of our inside doors by Robert Stolzman.”
“I was present several times when the Hanover Park Police were called to our home because of Robert Stolzmans erratic and hostile behavior.”
Nyx also released photographs of damaged doors, walls and other property that she says connect to the incidents described in her material. Those photographs don’t independently prove who caused the damage, just as pictures of court pages aren’t a substitute for pulling the complete court docket directly.
But the timing matters. Nyx isn’t saying she woke up in 2026 and decided to accuse an ex of things that supposedly happened years earlier. She says she put allegations in writing under penalty of perjury and brought them before a court long before dumping everything onto Facebook.
If the complete court record matches what Nyx has released, that’s going to be one of the biggest pieces of this entire story. Social media gets deleted every day, but a sworn filing and an actual order of protection are a completely different animal.
