There was also some criticism of Scott Hall’s entrance being interrupted by break. X-Pac admits that this was not ideal, but WWE needed to take a break, and that was the logical place to take it. Cutting to break as Hall was making his entrance was also a good hook to keep viewers from turning the channel during the commercial.
X-Pac admits that he was definitely amped up during his entrance and promo. He also says that the “1, 2, 3” chants made him feel real good. He was very excited to share that segment with Anderson, Gallows and Balor, and he sees a lot of similarities between those guys and The Kliq from years ago.
He informs that there was supposed to be an additional promo segment with The Revival when they came out, in which they would have bashed the legends and set up the match with Anderson and Gallows. Unfortunately this had to be cut due to a lack of time, and X-Pac says that’s a shame because there was some real good lines scripted for that interaction.
X-Pac speaks about the controversy surrounding Enzo Amore. He has no idea why Amore wouldn’t tell WWE about these allegations when he first found out about them months ago, but he assumes that Amore was probably just hoping it would go away. He also hopes there’s no truth to anything this young girl is saying, because these are some serious allegations.
