WWE Unreal Season 3 finally has a release date, and Netflix is putting John Cena front and center.
Netflix took to Twitter on June 22, 2026, and confirmed that WWE Unreal Season 3 will drop on July 21. The new season will follow Cena’s farewell tour, a fan-favorite return, and WWE’s next generation stepping up.
“OFFICIAL: @WWE : Unreal Season 3 will release on Netflix on July 21. John Cena says goodbye, a fan favorite returns, and the next generation of WWE Superstars rise to the occasion. Buckle up 🔥”
That is a pretty big tease, especially after Season 2 had fans dissecting WWE’s scrapped creative plans, abandoned matchups, and behind-the-scenes changes. Now Season 3 sounds like it will shift the focus toward Cena’s final run while still giving fans more backstage access.
The Cena angle alone is enough to make this season feel huge. WWE has been treating his farewell tour like a major company-wide story, and now Netflix will be showing what went into it behind the curtain.
Bottom line, WWE Unreal is coming back July 21, and Season 3 already sounds loaded. Cena saying goodbye, a mystery fan-favorite return, and the next wave of WWE stars getting spotlighted should give fans plenty to talk about.
