The Countdown To WWE SummerSlam Night Two Pre-Show opens up with Joe Tessitore welcoming us.

We then see the arrivals of Seth Rollins, Charlotte Flair, Danhausen, Chad Gable, Trick Williams and Lash Legend.

We then get a video package looking at what happened last night at WWE SummerSlam Night One and what will happen at WWE SummerSlam Night Two.

Tessitore then introduces Big E, Corey Graves and Peter Rosenberg and they run through the card for WWE SummerSlam Night Two. Cathy Kelley then talks about Chelsea Green and the Interim WWE Women’s Championship Ladder Match, while Byron Saxton talks about the WWE Intercontinental Championship Match and Jackie Redmond talks about the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match.

The panel then talks about the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match between reigning champion Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins and we get a video package looking at the match. The panel then continues to talk about the match.

Jackie Redmond then interviews Seth Rollins. She asks if he made the right decision with the chair shot. Seth says it was because it gave them a chance to step out on their own to become who they could be. Seth then says there are two time lines before and after the chair shot. Seth then says he thinks about it all the time. Jackie then asks how does he justify hurting people with his bad decisions and what Roman has done. Seth says he has not made apologize. The panel then interviews Sami Zayn. Sami says he has a lot to say about Punk. Sami then says he heard what Punk had to say. Sami then says he didn’t understand what Punk said about being a bench player. Sami then says Punk is terrified of him, mentally and emotionally because he sees him as the fraud he is. Jackie Redmond then interviews The Miz. Miz talks about being a vegetable for the past month and he complains about Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis. Miz then throws a temper tantrum.

Darius Rucker then joins the panel.

We then get a video package looking at the media coverage surrounding WWE SummerSlam week and everything that happened with the WWE stars and other celebrities.

We then see what happened with the match between GUNTHER and Nick Aldis at WWE SummerSlam Night One and what happened after the match with WWE Chief Content Paul “Triple H” Levesque.

Jackie Redmond then interviews WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis. Aldis says he felt the love from the people of Minneapolis. Aldis then says he hopes that he can be an example of playing the hand you were dealt. Aldis then says the flame never extinguishes and when the opportunity arose, if you can visualize it enough, the moment in your mind can manifest in reality.

We then get the second part of Michael Cole’s interview with Roman Reigns. Roman says he stood across from the ring from him many times. Roman then says he does not know how he will feel tonight, but he usually sees his wrestling soulmate and also someone who crossed him. Roman then says he wouldn’t change anything. Roman then says tonight closes the chapter. Roman then says if Seth can’t beat him, nobody has a chance. Roman then says he sat under the learning tree of Paul for four years. Roman then says there is no bigger shark then him. Cole then asks about this being the final chapter, but what if he cannot win. Roman says he will tear this place apart. Roman then says Seth took one thing from him when he wasn’t ready and he won’t do it again.

WWE SummerSlam Night Two Results (8/2/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights

WWE SummerSlam Night Two opens up with the arrivals of several superstars.

We then get a video package looking at both night one and night two of WWE SummerSlam.

Michael Cole and Wade Barrett then welcomes us to WWE SummerSlam Night Two.

Finn Bálor then makes his way down to the ring for the first match of WWE SummerSlam Night Two and Sami Zayn follows. Nick Aldis then makes his way out before the match begins. Aldis reminds everyone that he is the Smackdown GM and he will call things down the middle. Aldis then says he will add a participant to the match and it is none other than GUNTHER. GUNTHER then makes his way out.

GUNTHER then shakes hands with Aldis. GUNTHER then gets in the ring and Aldis says one more thing. Aldis then says he didn’t say he was only adding one more participant to the match. Aldis then makes another executive decision and it is now a Fatal 4-Way Match as Kevin Owens makes his way down to the ring.

Undisputed WWE Championship #1 Contender’s Fatal 4-Way Match: Sami Zayn vs. Finn Bálor vs. “The Ring General” GUNTHER vs. “The Prize Fighter” Kevin Owens

The match starts off with Kevin going after GUNTHER and Finn. Sami then watches Kevin hit an Irish whip and clothesline to GUNTHER followed by cannonballs to Finn and GUNTHER. They then go to the floor for Sami and Kevin to reminisce and show family photos. They then hug and they throw many forearms and punches. Kevin then hits a clothesline and back senton. Kevin then punches Finn off the apron and he sends GUNTHER to the floor. Kevin then goes up top and he hits a swanton. Kevin then goes up top and he sets up for a swanton on GUNTHER and hits it. GUNTHER then avoids a stunner and he applies a sleeper. Sami then stops GUNTHER’s sleeper, but he cannot get GUNTHER up for a Blue Thunder Bomb. GUNTHER then kicks Kevin and he hits several knees to Sami followed by a chop.

Finn then hits several punches and chops to GUNTHER, but GUNTHER hits a knee and Finn escapes a slam for a GTR and he gets a near fall. Finn then hits a chop in the corner. GUNTHER then blocks an Irish whip and chops Finn. Finn then hits a sling blade on GUNTHER and Sami. Finn then hits a drop kick to Sami and he collides into GUNTHER. Finn then goes up top and GUNTHER moves on from a Coup de Grace. GUNTHER then hits a drop kick and a power bomb for a near fall. GUNTHER then applies a Boston Crab and Kevin breaks it up. Kevin then hits several kicks in the corner. GUNTHER then hits a boot to Kevin, but Kevin hits a clothesline. Finn then kicks Kevin on the turnbuckles and Finn sets up for a superplex. Kevin then hits a super fisherman’s buster. Sami then sends Kevin to the floor and gets a near fall on Finn.

Sami then has Finn on the turnbuckles, but Finn sends Sami to the mat. Kevin then pushes Finn off the turnbuckles and to the floor. Kevin then goes for a swanton, but Sami gets his knees up. The referee then holds Sami back to check on Kevin. Sami then sets up for a Helluva Kick, but GUNTHER puts Sami in a sleeper. Finn then goes up top and hits a Coup de Grace to break up the hold and he gets a near fall. Finn and GUNTHER then hits a kick and Finn gets a near fall. Kevin then hits a stunner to Finn and GUNTHER. Sami then hits a Blue Thunder Bomb for a near fall. Kevin then hits a super kick to stop a Helluva Kick and Kevin hits a stunner for the win.

The winner of the Fatal 4-Way Match and new #1 Contender to the Undisputed WWE Championship, “The Prize Fighter” Kevin Owens!

After the match, the referee raises Kevin’s hand. Kevin then stands on the middle rope and celebrates his win.

Baron Corbin then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of WWE SummerSlam Night Two. Lil Yachty then makes his way out to introduce Trick Williams and both Williams and Yachty make their way down to the ring.

WWE United States Championship Match: Trick Williams (c) vs. Baron Corbin

The match starts off with Trick punching Baron and hitting him with a flatliner. Trick then hits a slap and several kicks. Trick then clotheslines Baron over the top rope and to the floor and he follows him. Trick then sends Baron into the ringside barrier. Trick then goes under the ring for a table and Trick sets it up on the floor. Baron then gets back into the ring and so does Trick. Baron then goes back to the floor. Trick then goes to the floor and Baron hits a Deep Six on the floor. Baron then sends Trick into the ringside barrier a few times. Baron then sends Trick into the ring steps. Trick then barely beats the count back into the ring and Baron hits several forearms to the back of the head. Baron then hits several elbows.

Baron then hits several punches in the corner followed by an Irish whip and a clothesline. Baron then hits several punches. Baron then kicks Trick in the ribs. Baron then hits several punches and Trick fires back from the apron. Baron then knocks Trick off the apron. Yachty then has some words for Baron and Baron sends him into the ringside barrier. Yachty then has his giant kendo stick and he swings it wildly. Baron then misses an elbow and Trick hits an elbow. Trick then hits a jumping neck breaker and a jumping side kick. Trick then hits a second one. Trick then hits a uranage for a near fall. Trick then tries to get Baron on his shoulders, but Baron rakes the eyes to escape.

Yachty then hits Baron in the back with the kendo stick and Trick hits a Death Valley Driver for a near fall. Baron then blocks a knee, but Trick escapes a Deep Six. Trick then escapes an End of Days and hits a cyclone kick for a near fall. Trick then sets up for a Trick Shot, but Baron rolls to the apron and he drops Trick. Baron then gets the title belt and Yachty stops him. Trick then sends Baron into Yachty and Yachty goes through the table. Baron then hits Trick with the title belt and follows it up with an End of Days for the win.

Jade Cargill then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of WWE SummerSlam Night Two and Tiffany Stratton, Chelsea Green, Lash Legend and Charlotte Flair follow.

Interim WWE Women’s Championship 5-Way Ladder Match: WWE Women’s United States Champion Tiffany Stratton vs. Jade Cargill vs. Chelsea Green vs. “The Queen” Charlotte Flair vs. “The Boujee Bully” Lash Legend

The match starts off with Jade going after Flair on the floor and Flair avoids her. Jade then sends Flair into a ladder and Flair hits an elbow. Tiffany then hits a kick to Lash and Lash catches Tiffany off the ladder and sends Tiffany into it. Lash then catches Green on a suicide dive and she choke slams Green into the ladder. Lash then sends Green over the ringside barrier and Lash returns to the ring to set up a ladder. Flair then stops Lash and chops her. Lash then slams Flair onto the ladder in the ring. Lash and Jade toss a ladder aside. Green and Tiffany then come into the ring and Tiffany and Green hit several kicks and Green and Tiffany jump around.

They then hit running knees to the back. Green and Tiffany then punch Lash and Jade on the turnbuckles. Lash and Jade then hit bicycle kicks. Jade then hits a German suplex to Tiffany. Flair then hits a cross body to Jade. Flair then forces Jade to the floor with a ladder. Lash then gets Flair up and she press slams Flair face first to the mat. Flair then has set up a ladder in the corner. Lash then sets up a ladder and Tiffany hits a code breaker. Tiffany and Flair then go face to face and Tiffany hits a forearm and Flair fires back. They then go back and forth and add kicks. Flair then blocks a wheelbarrow and sends Tiffany face first into the ladder. Green then hits a missile drop kick.

Tiffany then hits a flapjack on the ladder. Green then climbs the ladder and Jade stops her and hits Jaded on the ladder in the turnbuckles. Jade then climbs the ladder. Tiffany then stops Jade and Jade hits an elbow and she goes for a choke slam, but Tiffany hits a lung blower. Tiffany then climbs and Flair tries to stop her. They are on the top of the ladder and Flair kicks Tiffany off the ladder. Flair then moves into a ladder held by Lash. Tiffany then sends Lash into the ladder and she gets on the ladder, but Lash from the turnbuckles blocks a rana with a choke slam onto the ladder. Flair then kicks Lash into the ladder and Flair has the belt, but Jade moves the ladder. Jade then grabs a leg and Lash grabs the other. They then pull Flair off and Flair kicks Lash, but Jade tosses Flair into the ladder. Lash then hits a boot to Jade.

Lash then climbs the ladder and Tiffany climbs the other side. They then exchange punches and Lash leaves the ladder. Lash then pulls Tiffany off the ladder and goes for a power bomb into the ladder, but Tiffany counters with a rana. Tiffany then climbs the ladder and Green shows up and she pushes the ladder over onto Jade, Lash and Flair. Green then gets the ladder and sets it up. Green then climbs the ladder, but B-Fab and Michin come out to stop Green. Green is then caught in the ladder and they kick Green. Fab then sends Jade back into the ring. Flair then kicks Fab and punches Michin. Flair then clotheslines Michin over the top rope and to the floor. Jade then kicks Flair off the ladder, but Flair gets on the other side of the ladder.

Lash and Tiffany then come into the ring and climb ladders. Jade then moves to the center ladder and she knocks Lash and Tiffany off. Flair and Jade then both have the title belt, but they throw punches to lose the grip on the Ladder and Flair and Jade come off the ladder. Green then pulls herself up from the ladder and gets the title belt.

The winner of the 5-Way Ladder Match and new Interim WWE Women’s Champion, Chelsea Green!

After the match, Green stands tall on the ladder and raises her championship belt.

Dominik Mysterio then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of WWE SummerSlam Night Two and Danhausen follows.

Human Monies On A Pole Match: Danhausen vs. The Judgment Day’s AAA Mega Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio

The match starts off with Dominik punching Danhausen and he goes to the turnbuckles, but Danhausen sends him to the mat. Dominik then misses a 619 and Danhausen hits a suplex. Danhausen then hits several clotheslines in the corner, but he misses a splash and Dominik hits a clothesline. Dominik then kicks Danhausen and goes to the turnbuckles, but Danhausen stops Dominik. Dominik then hits a suplex and he holds on for a second one. Dominik then goes for a third Amigo, but Danhausen blocks it and he hits a reverse DDT. JD then pulls Danhausen off the turnbuckles and punches him. JD then hits an Irish whip and several kicks. JD then hits a moonsault to Danhausen. The Minihausens then swarm JD and he fights them off. JD then hits a slam to one a choke slam to another.

A Minihausen then hits a rana and hits a springboard head butt. He then hits a tornado DDT. The Minihausens then form a tower to get the money, but Dominik stops them. One then remains on the turnbuckles and he hits a rana that sends Dominik to the floor. He then hits a tope suicida. Danhausen then gets to the turnbuckles and JD hits a head butt to stop Danhausen. JD then sends Danhausen to the floor and JD sends more of the Minihausens into the ringside barrier. Joe Hendry then makes his way down to the ring and he kicks JD and hits JD with his guitar. Dominik then kicks Danhausen, but Danhausen stops Dominik on the turnbuckles. Danhausen then falls on the top rope and Danhausen curses Dominik and pyro shoots out of the ring post. Danhausen then gets the money for the win.

After the match, Danhausen celebrates with the Minihausen’s and Joe Hendry. Danhausen then grabs money from the bag and begins to throw it into the crowd.

Chad Gable then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of WWE SummerSlam Night Two and Penta follows.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: Penta (c) vs. Chad Gable

The match starts off with both men shaking hands and Penta holds on and he says something to Chad. Both men then lock up and Chad hits a single leg take down and transitions into an ankle lock. Penta then gets a rollup for a near fall. Penta then hits a head scissors and Chad with a side Russian leg sweep and a rollup kick. Chad then runs into a boot and Penta hits a wrap around bulldog. Penta then hits a back breaker for a near fall. Penta then chops Chad. Penta then goes for a Penta Driver, but Chad escapes. Chad then catches Penta off the ropes and hits the Three Rivers German suplex combination for a near fall. Penta then stops Chad from going for a Chaos Theory and the referee checks on the shoulder. Penta then hits a kick and he goes for a lung blower, but Chad escapes. Chad then goes for a moonsault and Penta hits a kick for a near fall.

Penta then hits a kick in the corner and Chad blocks a hesitation head stand kick. Chad then applies an ankle lock, but Penta is able to send Chad to the floor. Penta then hits a flip dive. Penta then hits a Penta Driver for a near fall. Penta then hits a chop and Chad hits a punch. They then continue the exchange with the chops. Penta then hits a kick and Chad gets a near fall. Chad then goes up top and he goes for a diving head butt, but Penta catches Chad and hits a Sacrifice for a near fall. Penta then kicks Chad in the injured arm. Penta then hits a super kick. Penta then sets up for a Destroyer, but Chad blocks it. Chad then applies an ankle lock. Penta then rolls through to escape. Penta then puts Chad on the turnbuckles and Chad applies a triangle in the ropes. Penta then hits a kick and he goes for a destroyer on the apron, but Chad blocks it and hits a German suplex on the apron.

Chad then hits a moonsault onto Penta on the floor. Chad then goes up top and he hits a diving head butt and he gets a near fall. Chad then puts Penta on the turnbuckles and he punches Penta and climbs the turnbuckles. Penta then punches Chad and sends him to the apron and Penta hits a destroyer on the apron. Penta then gets a near fall. Penta then goes for another destroyer, but Chad counters with an ankle lock. Penta then gets to the ropes, but he does not hold the rope long enough. Chad then adds a leg lace and Penta taps out.

The winner and new WWE Intercontinental Champion, Chad Gable!

After the match, Penta puts the Intercontinental Championship on Gable and raises his arm. Gable’s family then joins him in the ring to celebrate his victory with him. Gable then takes the mic and he tells everyone that his name is Chad Gable. Gable then says he was born, raised and he lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Gable then introduces his family who has stood with him through this journey and says he can now say that he is the Intercontinental Champion.

Justin Jefferson then hypes up the crowd and the entire WWE Universe for the main event of WWE SummerSlam Night Two.

Seth Rollins then makes his way down to the ring for the main event of WWE SummerSlam Night Two and Roman Reigns follows.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: The Bloodline’s “The OTC” Roman Reigns (c) vs. “The Visionary” Seth “Freakin” Rollins

The match starts off with Seth offering his vest to Roman, but Roman refuses. Seth then has something to say to Roman and Roman responds. They then circle and lock up. Roman then backs Seth into the corner and he pushes Seth on the break and Seth chortles. They then lock up again and Seth slaps Roman in the back of the head before he breaks. They then lock up again and Seth applies a side head lock. Roman then hits a shoulder tackle. Roman then applies a side head lock, but Seth gets a reversal. Seth then hits sling blade. Roman then misses a clothesline and Seth hits several chops and punches. Roman then sends Seth into the corner, but misses a punch. Seth then hits several chops and he goes to the turnbuckles to punch Roman.

Roman then hits a clothesline, but he misses a flying clothesline. Seth then hits a thrust kick to the knee and a kick to the head. Seth then misses a splash and Roman hits a flying clothesline. Roman then hits a Never Ending Story and he hits a running boot to Seth. Roman then signals for a Superman punch, but Seth blocks it. Seth then hits a rolling elbow and he clotheslines Roman over the top rope, but Roman lands on his feet. Seth then hits a suicide dive. Seth then returns to the ring for a second one. Seth then goes for a third one and he sends Roman into the announce desk. Seth then adjusts the announce desk. Seth then goes for a suicide dive, but Roman stops Seth with a punch.

Roman then hits a drive by. Roman then sends Seth over the ringside barrier into the crowd. Roman then follows and he punches Seth. Seth then hits a chop. Roman then hits several punches as they continue around the floor. Roman then sends Seth into a guardrail. Seth then hits an elbow and he hits Roman in the midsection with the security rope. Roman then hits a suplex on the floor. Roman then goes for a spear and Seth hits a knee. Seth then sends Roman back into the ringside area. Seth then hits a knee off the ringside barrier and he enters the ring. Seth then mocks Roman’s taunt and goes for a spear, but Roman blocks it and he turns it into a power bomb through the announce desk.

Roman then adjusts the other desk. Seth then escapes a power bomb attempt and Seth power bombs Roman through the desk. The referee then starts his count. They both then power up and beat the count. Seth then hits a Pedigree for a near fall. Seth then sets up for a Stomp, but Roman hits a Superman punch for a near fall. Roman then gets up first and he sets up for a spear, but Seth leap frogs and Roman hits the turnbuckles. Seth then hits a Stomp for a near fall. Seth then applies a front face lock and he puts Roman on the turnbuckles. Seth then hits a punch. Seth then sets up for a superplex and Roman blocks it with a punch. Roman then hits a head butt to send Seth to the mat. Seth then leaps up and he hits a superplex. Seth. then rolls through, but Roman counters with a guillotine. Roman then adds a body scissors and gets Seth to the mat.

Seth then powers to his feet and he turns it into a suplex attempt, but Roman gets to his feet and he hits a spear for a near fall. Roman then has some words for Seth and he punches Seth. Seth then counters a Roman spear with a spear of his own and Seth gets a near fall. Seth then hits a buckle bomb and Roman avoids a Stomp. Roman then hits a buckle bomb and a Stomp for a near fall. Roman and Seth then discuss something and they get to their feet. Roman then hits a punch and Seth punches back. They then go back and forth. Roman then hits a punch and Seth bumps into the referee and the referee goes down. Roman then hits a punch and Seth hits a wacky line. Roman then avoids the DDT and Roman hits a DDT of his own. Roman then sets up for a spear and he hits the referee again. Seth then hits a Stomp and both men are down.

Seth then goes to the floor and stands next to the title belt, but Seth gets a chair. Seth then winds it up and Roman punches Seth. Roman then picks up the chair and tosses it aside. Seth then turns around in shock. They then breathe heavily and throw several punches. They then continue to exchange punches. Seth then slaps Roman a few times and Roman hits a head butt and several forearms. Seth then hits a thrust kick and several Kawada kicks. Roman then hits an uppercut. Seth then hits a thrust kick and Roman hits a Superman punch. Roman then goes for a spear and Seth leaps into a Pedigree. Seth then sets up for a Stomp and he misses. Seth then goes again and hits it. Seth then goes to the turnbuckles and misses a Stomp. Roman then hits a spear. Roman then hits another spear. Roman then sets up for another spear and hits it for the win.

After the match, Seth and Roman stare at each other. Roman then gets to his feet and does the Shield pose, extending his fist. Seth then grabs his Shield mask and gets to his feet. He then places the Shield mask on the ring and he does the Shield pose with Roman. Seth then leaves the ring and Roman Reigns celebrates. Roman then grabs the Shield mask as WWE SummerSlam Night Two comes to a close.
