Kevin Owens and CM Punk Come Face-to-Face
CM Punk and Kevin Owens will be under the same roof just one week before they battle for the Undisputed WWE Championship in Toronto. The two already had a pretty heated promo battle last week on SmackDown, so it remains to be seen whether we will see more of the same this week.
United States Championship: Baron Corbin (c) vs. Carmelo Hayes
Baron Corbin’s reign as United States Champion will be put to the test when he defends against Carmelo Hayes in Hayes’ hometown of Boston. Melo made his intentions pretty clear last week when he attacked the new champion backstage. So we’ll have to see whether Hayes will become a two-time United States Champion when all is said and done.
Women’s United States Championship: Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jacy Jayne
Tiffany Stratton will defend the Women’s United States Championship against Jacy Jayne after agreeing to give the Fatal Influence member a title opportunity last week. The agreement came with a condition. Stratton wanted herself and Interim WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green to receive an impromptu WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship opportunity against Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid.
Henley and Reid escaped with their championships, but Stratton is still honoring her end of the deal. So fans are waiting to see how Jayne will fare against Stratton.

Paige is set to make an appearnace this week and answer Nikki Bella, following her SummerSlam attack on the Anti-Diva. R-Truth and Damian Priest defend the WWE Tag Team Championship against the War Raiders and The MFT in a Triple Threat match. Finally, Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes will have another confrontation this week.
