Giulia’s WrestleMania 42 status just took a major turn—and a new update reveals she was originally set for a big match before plans changed.

During a Self Made session on April 13, 2026, Self Made Pro revealed that Giulia had been included in earlier versions of the WrestleMania 42 card before being removed. That alone confirms WWE had plans in place for her, but the update didn’t stop there. It also revealed exactly what kind of match she was being considered for, as she was set to face Jordynne Grace and Tiffany Stratton in a three-way bout.

“She’s not at Mania. She was on the card like a month and a half ago—but she was on it. In fact, in one of the versions of Mania, it was going to be her, Jordynne, and Tiffany in a three-way.”

That planned match would have placed the WWE Women’s United States Champion in a major position on the company’s biggest show of the year, making her current absence even more notable.

This comes shortly after it was revealed that Giulia was dealing with significant physical wear following a hard-hitting SmackDown match in late March, where she showed up to training “very banged up” and had to scale back her routine due to full-body pain. So as it stands, Giulia is no longer part of the WrestleMania 42 card, despite being in serious consideration—and even booked in earlier versions—just over a month ago.

Do you think WWE made the right call pulling Giulia from WrestleMania 42, or should she have still been part of the card given her earlier plans? Let us know your thoughts and leave your feedback.
