WWE Clash in Italy took place on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at the Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy. After the event was over, WWE got right to work on hyping their next big event.

During the post-show after WWE Clash in Italy, they revealed the bracket for the 2026 King of the Ring tournament. It looks like both sides are loaded as we get closer to the finals in Saudi Arabia.

The 2026 King of the Ring tournament bracket is stacked with major WWE names and rising stars. On one side Penta faces Femi, Solo Sikoa battles Chris Hayes, Rey Mysterio takes on Bron Breakker, and Je’Von Williams squares off against Damian Priest on the left side of the bracket.

On the right side of the bracket, Seth Rollins meets Je’Von Evans, Talla Tonga faces Ricky Saints, Jey Uso battles LA Knight, and Royce Keys faces Finn Bálor on the right side.

The King of the Ring tournament has a long history of notable winners and straight-up pro wrestling history. The King of the Ring tournament started in WWE back in 1985, with Don Muraco winning the first one, and it eventually became a bigger deal when it turned into a pay-per-view from 1993 to 2002.

Over the years, winners included Harley Race, Randy Savage, Ted DiBiase, Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Triple H, Kurt Angle, Edge, Brock Lesnar, Booker T, Sheamus, Baron Corbin, Xavier Woods, GUNTHER, and Cody Rhodes.

Steve Austin won it and cut the “Austin 3:16” promo that helped launch him as one of the biggest Superstars of all time. Only time will tell if fans see history once again on June 27.

The King of the Ring finals are scheduled to take place on June 27 at WWE Night of Champions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We will keep a close eye on the 2026 King & Queen of the Ring tournaments. They will be exciting, and only time will tell who wins the honor this year of getting a #1 contender spot when everything is said and done.
