WWE is loading up the Barclays Center in a big way this November.
The November 2, 2026 episode of Monday Night RAW will take place from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, but RAW won’t be the only show WWE tapes that night. SmackDown is also set to be recorded from the same building during the event.
That means fans in Brooklyn are getting a double taping, with RAW airing live on November 2 and SmackDown being taped ahead of its November 6 broadcast. The reason comes down to WWE’s international travel schedule. WWE will be heading to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel on November 7, which leaves the company with a tight turnaround if it tried to produce SmackDown live the night before the Premium Live Event.
Instead, WWE is knocking both shows out in Brooklyn before the roster makes the trip overseas. That should make the November 2 Barclays Center event a long night for fans in attendance, but also a loaded one. Getting RAW and SmackDown in the same building on the same night gives the Brooklyn crowd a lot more WWE than they would normally get from a standard television taping.
It also gives WWE one less major production headache before Crown Jewel weekend. Rather than squeezing in a live SmackDown on November 6 and then immediately shifting everything to Saudi Arabia, the company can have the show ready to go before the travel crunch really hits.
For fans in Brooklyn, the tradeoff is simple — a longer night in the building, but essentially two WWE television shows for the price of one event.
