The talk surrounding Enzo Amore potentially returning to WWE continues picking up momentum, and a new update suggests belief inside the company is starting to grow as well.

According to False Finish, some people within the WWE Performance Center are now under the impression that Enzo is officially on his way back to WWE. The update comes shortly after Fightful reported that promoters close to Enzo had been told he is no longer accepting future independent bookings that he would normally take.

Fightful also noted that WWE interest in reuniting Enzo with his former tag team partner Big Cass has continued growing behind the scenes. Both men are also said to still have strong relationships with several WWE producers dating back to their original NXT run.

Another major detail adding fuel to the speculation is that Enzo was recently spotted at the WWE Performance Center ahead of NXT on The CW, something that immediately got wrestling fans talking online.

In addition, Self Made Wrestling previously reported that Enzo and WWE held conversations during WrestleMania week, further strengthening rumors that discussions between both sides are already happening.

Meanwhile, Big Cass — currently performing as Big Bill in All Elite Wrestling — could potentially become available sooner rather than later. Although he remains under AEW contract through at least the end of May, he has only wrestled twice this year and has not competed since February.

Enzo and Cass became one of WWE’s most popular acts during the late 2010s thanks to their crowd reactions, catchphrases, and promo segments before eventually splitting apart on the main roster. At this point, WWE has not officially confirmed any return plans for either man. Still, the growing belief within the Performance Center, combined with Enzo reportedly pulling back from outside bookings, is making the possibility of an Enzo & Cass reunion feel much more real.
