Veronica Haven’s WWE chapter is over. At just 22 years old, one of WWE ID’s youngest prospects revealed she’s officially out of the program—but if anyone thinks she’s treating this like the end of the road, they’re dead wrong.
Haven broke the news herself on Instagram, thanking WWE for the opportunity while making it crystal clear she’s not walking away from wrestling.
“Unfortunately, my time as a WWE ID Prospect has come to an end. Even having the opportunity to work with and say I was a part of the WWE in the ID program is so much to be grateful for.”
For someone who’s been in the business for less than three years, Haven already checked off milestones that plenty of wrestlers spend a lifetime chasing. She trained at the WWE Performance Center, wrestled on WWE Evolve and got to wear the WWE logo before turning 23.
Now she’s betting on herself again. Instead of dwelling on the departure, Haven says she’s using it as a chance to keep growing—not just as a wrestler, but as a performer.
“I’m superrr young and at 22 years old, with less than 3 years in the wrestling industry… I have soooo much room to progress and learn in this business, so I can confidently say this is NOT the end of my journey.”
She’s not leaving the ring behind, either. Haven says she’ll continue wrestling while finally making time to chase the other dreams she’s had waiting in the wings, including singing, songwriting and acting.
Before signing off, she thanked the coaches and mentors who helped shape her during her time in WWE’s developmental system and reflected on both Veronica Haven and Fallyn Grey becoming part of her journey. She closed with one line that perfectly summed up where her head is at.
“You don’t need wings to keep flying when your heart refuses to quit.”
WWE ID may be in her rearview mirror, but Veronica Haven is making one thing clear: she’s not writing an ending. She’s writing the next chapter.
