Dave Meltzer reported in the latest installment of Wrestling Observer Radio that negotiations between WWE and Rey Mysterio are still on-going and they have talked about what other commitments he has and doesn’t have left.
One major point of discussion between WWE & Mysterio is the September 1st ALL IN event. WWE apparently doesn’t want him working the show, while Mysterio still wants to fulfill his obligation.
Mysterio also wants to drop his Crash heavyweight title before signing with WWE.
