Tyson Kidd was injured in a match with Samoa Joe after taking the muscle buster finishing maneuver back in 2015. The injury ultimately ended Kidd’s in-ring career and approximately only 5% of people survive. Kidd had surgery that resulted in him receiving 16 staples, four screws, and a rod in his neck.
