Tony Khan just gave Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite and Collision lineup another shot in the arm. Two more matches have been added to the September 23, 2026 three-hour special, including a TBS Championship defense and a loaded tag team match featuring Will Ospreay.
Khan announced that Persephone will put the TBS Championship on the line against Hyan. It will mark Persephone’s second defense since capturing the title, giving Hyan a major opportunity on one of AEW’s biggest weekly television blocks.
That wasn’t the only addition. Will Ospreay will team with “Speedball” Mike Bailey against Death Riders members Gabe Kidd and Claudio Castagnoli, giving the show another high-speed tag team fight with plenty of bad blood already built into the mix.
The updated lineup for the September 23 AEW Dynamite and Collision special now includes:
- AEW World Trios Championships: New Level (Kofi & Austin Creed) and Swerve Strickland (c) vs. The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, & Toa Liona)
- AEW TBS Championship: Persephone (c) vs. Hyan
- Will Ospreay & Mike Bailey vs. Death Riders (Gabe Kidd & Claudio Castagnoli)
