Triple H popped up at the Zuffa Boxing event in Las Vegas, but wrestling fans weren’t just talking about the fights — they were doing a double take over his hair.
WWE’s Chief Content Officer was shown on the broadcast shortly after Da’Mazion Vanhouter knocked out Raphael Akpejiori in the first round at T-Mobile Arena. The cameras cut to Triple H in the crowd and immediately got wrestling fans talking. The reason? He had hair again.
Fans quickly jumped on social media after the shot aired, with plenty of people surprised to see Triple H sporting hair after years of his familiar shaved-head look. It wasn’t some massive comeback-era mane, but it was enough of a change for longtime WWE viewers to notice instantly.
The timing only made his appearance stand out more. Vanhouter had just put away the towering Akpejiori in the opening round, and seconds later the broadcast was showing Triple H watching from inside the arena.
It was also another WWE connection on the card after Mark Magsayo walked out earlier in the night to Cody Rhodes’ “Kingdom” entrance theme.
Triple H didn’t have to cut a promo or step anywhere near the ring to get people talking. One camera shot was enough — and judging by the reaction online, the hair may have gotten almost as much attention as the knockout.
