Chelsea Green’s biggest WWE win got an immediate response from Triple H after she captured the Interim WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam 2026.
Green survived Charlotte Flair, Jade Cargill, Lash Legend and Tiffany Stratton in a five-woman ladder match before pulling down the title. Soon after the match ended, Triple H posted a backstage photo with Green and directly addressed her championship victory.
“The smile of a champion. Congratulations to the NEW Interim WWE Women’s Champion, Chelsea Green!”
The win marked the first world championship of Green’s WWE career. She battled through brutal ladder spots, outside interference from B-Fab and Michin, and a chaotic final stretch before finding the opening she needed. Green recovered after being taken out earlier in the match, climbed the ladder and grabbed the championship while the rest of the field was down.
Triple H’s post put the spotlight directly on Green’s career-defining moment and confirmed her new status at the top of WWE’s women’s division. With Rhea Ripley still sidelined by a torn meniscus, Green now holds the interim title and waits for the day the two champions are eventually forced to settle who truly runs the division.
