Trey Miguel is officially cleared, and that is the update fans were waiting for.

After four months away because of a broken patella, the TNA Wrestling star told Click on Detroit on July 3, 2026, that doctors finally gave him the green light to return to the ring just one day earlier.

“I’ve been out for four months because of it. I was cleared yesterday.”

That is a huge turn after Miguel’s injury at Rebellion looked like it could keep him out much longer. He previously revealed that he broke his patella during a Meteora spot, but the fracture was undisplaced and did not require surgery.

Miguel had already teased good news when he posted on Instagram that his patella bone had healed, along with x-rays showing the recovery. That post was later deleted without explanation, which only made fans wonder whether the announcement came out too early. Now there is no guessing.

Miguel says he is cleared, and that means his TNA return could be right around the corner. After months of recovery, rehab, and uncertainty, one of TNA’s most exciting stars is finally ready to get back in the mix.
