Stipulation Added to WrestleMania 42 Saturday Match

Dominik Mysterio tried to change the rules before stepping into the ring with ‘The Demon’ Finn Bálor at WrestleMania 42 — but things only got more dangerous instead.

During the WrestleMania 42 Kickoff Show, AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio was shown backstage speaking with Monday Night Raw General Manager Adam Pearce about the match he had signed for. Dominik made it clear he believed the agreement was for a standard singles match against Finn Bálor — not against Bálor’s Demon persona.

Pearce appeared to agree that Dominik had a point about the situation, but instead of removing The Demon from the match, he made a move that raised the stakes even higher. Rather than changing Bálor’s involvement, Pearce officially added a Street Fight stipulation to the bout, turning the match into a no-holds-barred showdown.

That decision means Dominik Mysterio will now have to face ‘The Demon’ Finn Bálor in one of the most dangerous match types possible on WrestleMania Sunday, where weapons and chaos are fully allowed.

The updated lineup for WrestleMania 42 Sunday now includes several championship clashes and major matchups alongside the newly confirmed Street Fight stipulation:

With the stakes now raised thanks to the added Street Fight stipulation, Dominik Mysterio’s situation just became far more dangerous as he prepares to face one of Finn Bálor’s most feared personas on WWE’s biggest stage.
