Stephanie Vaquer may still be recovering from a legitimate shoulder injury, but WWE apparently already has plans moving behind the scenes for her return.
According to PWInsider, Vaquer is expected back on WWE television soon, and there have been conversations internally regarding her return. The report also noted that some within WWE expect Vaquer to potentially be present at this coming Monday’s episode of WWE Raw.
That is a major development for Vaquer, who was written off television during the April 27 episode of Raw following a storyline attack. It was later confirmed that she suffered a legitimate second-degree AC joint sprain.
At the time, early reports suggested she would be out for several weeks, and there was no firm timetable for her return. Now, less than three weeks later, it appears WWE may be preparing to bring her back much sooner than initially expected.
Before the injury, Liv Morgan vs. Stephanie Vaquer was discussed internally for WWE Backlash 2026. That match was never officially announced, but the injury forced WWE to change plans and put the feud on hold.
Vaquer was also recently removed from new WWE promotional material, which led to more questions about how long she would be away. PWInsider’s report now suggests her absence may be nearing its end.
The fact that some within the company expect her to be at Raw is a strong sign that her return is getting close. For now, Stephanie Vaquer’s comeback appears to be much sooner than many expected, and WWE could reinsert her into the women’s division as early as this Monday night.
