Stephanie Vaquer now has a date for her shot at getting the WWE Women’s World Championship back. During the August 24, 2026 episode of WWE RAW, WWE announced in a backstage segment that Vaquer will challenge Liv Morgan for the title on the September 7 episode of RAW.
Vaquer made it clear she hasn’t forgotten what happened the last time she shared the ring with Morgan. She promised that she plans on taking the Women’s World Championship back when they meet again.
The announcement came after Vaquer picked up a victory over Roxanne Perez earlier in the night in her first match since returning to action. Becky Lynch also got involved after that match, stopping Morgan from entering the ring and leading to a face-to-face moment with Vaquer.
However, Vaquer made it clear backstage that she isn’t looking for Lynch to fight her battles. She said she didn’t need Lynch’s help and kept her attention on Morgan and the championship. That now sets up a major Women’s World Championship match for September 7, with Vaquer getting another chance at the title she lost to Morgan at WrestleMania 42.
