WWE hasn’t announced the women’s WarGames match for Survivor Series just yet, but a major angle taped for SmackDown may have given away where things are headed.

During the November 2 edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer discussed spoilers from the upcoming episode of SmackDown, including a women’s tag team championship match involving Fatal Influence, B-Fab, and Michin. Things eventually turned into a much bigger situation when Bayley and Charlotte Flair got involved.

Alvarez discussed the championship match ended in a disqualification before Bayley was attacked by Jade Cargill. Charlotte then made her presence felt by going after Jade, leading to a confrontation involving several women who could end up participating in WarGames.

“We had a women’s tag team title match. B Fab and Mission beat Fatal Influence, was a DQ non finish. And then Bailey showed up and she got taken out by Jade again. And then Charlotte Flair did a run in and brawled with Jade Cargill.”

Meltzer believes the segment was designed to start putting together the women’s WarGames match for Survivor Series on November 28. He pointed to Jade Cargill, B-Fab, Michin, and Fatal Influence being involved against Bayley, Charlotte Flair, Tatum Paxley, and Alexa Bliss. However, he also made it clear that the exact teams haven’t been established and WWE would still need to sort out the remaining spots for a five-on-five match.

“So what ended up. This was the one that looks to set up the women’s war games, maybe because it was B Fab. Meechan and Jade and Fatal Influence ended up in the brawl, working together against Bailey, Charlotte Flair, Tatum Paxley, Alexa Bliss, and I don’t know if anyone else was in there, but obviously they have to add somebody to make it five on five, so. But that looks like the framework of. Of the women, you know, man, you know, between Jade Cargill and bfab. I did not expect that in my war games for, man.”

Meltzer also expressed some surprise at the possibility of Jade Cargill and B-Fab being involved in the match. He questioned their in-ring abilities while discussing what a WarGames match featuring those wrestlers might look like.

“But still, I mean, I saw that, you know, the B Fab, you know, when they won the tag team titles. I mean, you know, she. She’s not as good as the as though. You know, she’s not as good as the beginning NXT workers. And Jade, like, just doesn’t. She just doesn’t get better. I mean, her match with Tayden Paxley wasn’t good at all. You know, she’s got a great look and. And B Fab does too, but, man, they’re. They’re. They’re not good in the ring.”

Nothing has been confirmed regarding the women’s WarGames match, and the exact lineup remains uncertain. Still, the developments at the SmackDown taping suggest WWE is bringing several ongoing rivalries together ahead of Survivor Series.

With November 28 getting closer, WWE appears to have a possible direction for the women’s WarGames match. The latest SmackDown angle could be the start of something much bigger, but there are still questions about who will actually make the final teams.

What do you think about the potential women’s WarGames match for WWE Survivor Series? Would you go with the wrestlers involved in this SmackDown angle, or would you take things in another direction? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
