Perros Del Mal just kicked one of their own to the curb. After Bronco Nima failed to beat Penta during the AAA TV tapings following the August 15 show, Daga, Angel, Berto and Karmen Petrovic made him pay for it.

The match came with serious stakes. Perros Del Mal had spent the night trying to recruit Penta back into the faction, eventually putting Nima in his way. If Penta lost, he would rejoin the group. If he won, he could continue on his own.

In the end, Penta won. That should have settled things, but Perros Del Mal apparently needed someone to blame. Daga, Angel, Berto and Karmen suddenly ganged up on Nima after the match. Karmen drilled him with a huge kick to the head before the rest of the group joined in, choking Nima out and eventually throwing him from the ring.

The whole situation started earlier during the August 15 episode of AAA on FOX in Torreón, Mexico. Penta had been talking about his plans to eventually take the World Heavyweight Championship from Roman Reigns when his former faction confronted him.

Daga reminded Penta of his history with Perros Del Mal and argued that beating someone like Roman would require strength in numbers. They handed Penta a shirt and gave him an opportunity to come back, but he wasn’t ready to give them the answer they wanted.

Instead, the decision was settled against Nima. Penta walked away with his freedom. Nima walked into an ambush from the people who were supposed to have his back. Perros Del Mal wanted a new member and somehow finished the night with one fewer.
