Shiloh Hill is finally getting his hands on the man who cost him a championship opportunity. During WWE NXT on August 25, 2026, General Manager Robert Stone granted Hill a match against Naraku for the September 1 episode.

Hill approached Stone backstage while the NXT General Manager was discussing Keanu Carver’s victory over Kam Hendrix. Stone initially tried to set up a rematch for Carver due to Mason Rook’s interference, but Carver turned it down. That opened the door for Hill to demand his own shot at revenge. Stone approved the match, officially setting Shiloh Hill vs. Naraku for the first episode of NXT after Heatwave.

Naraku destroyed Hill’s chance to compete for the NXT North American Championship during the August 18 episode. Hill was climbing the ropes during his number-one contender’s match against Jackson Drake when Naraku appeared and sprayed mist into his face.

The attack caused Hill to fall from the turnbuckle, allowing Drake to steal the victory and earn a title match against Myles Borne at Heatwave. Naraku hasn’t wrestled on NXT television since losing to Tony D’Angelo in a rematch on July 21, but he’ll now return against a man looking for payback. Shiloh Hill won’t have to chase Naraku much longer. Their problems will be settled inside the ring when they collide on September 1.

Do you think Shiloh Hill will get his revenge against Naraku, or will the mysterious NXT star take him down again? Leave your feedback in the comments below.
